Professor Boaz Golany Dean, Davidson Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technion arrives Thursday 29 April 2010 to spearhead the Technion Society of Australia (NSW) 50^th Anniversary celebrations.

Professor Golany is a world leader in a number of industrial management fields. He is a leader in applying both theoretical and practical management solutions to complex security and defence issues and for 25 years has researched and advised both the United States and Israeli defence establishments. His latest project is co-ordinating a joint study with Yale University into counter terrorism and homeland security.

While in Sydney he will be the guest speaker at the 50^th Anniversary Celebration Supper and address a number of private functions. He will also present a seminar at Sydney University and meet with prospective students and academics. He will have a similar program in Melbourne.
